About Us

A small consulting team, working case by case

Optimus Enterprises Group started in 2026 as a two-person advisory practice. We work with a handful of clients at a time on vendor management, procurement, and resource planning — not because we can't take on more, but because each engagement needs someone who actually reads the vendor contracts.

Most of our work starts with a mess: vendor files spread across email threads, no shared way to compare offers, purchasing decisions made under time pressure. We don't promise to make it simple overnight — we build the checklist, the comparison sheet, and the process, then hand it over so your team can keep using it without us.

Founded in 2026

A newer practice — we're upfront about that, and it's why our client list is still short.

Team of two

Both of us sit in on every assessment. No account handoffs partway through.

Replies within a day

We keep a small client list partly so questions don't sit in a queue.

01—04
How It Works

Four steps, the same order every time

No standard package — every engagement runs through the same four stages, scoped to what you actually need.

Fixed process
1 Intake call

A 30-minute call to map out your current vendors and where the process is breaking down.

2 Document review

We go through existing contracts, quotes, and correspondence to see what's actually there.

3 Comparison and recommendation

A written comparison across the criteria that matter for your case, with a clear recommendation.

4 Handover

You get the templates and process, not just a one-time report — built so your team can reuse them.

Why Choose Us

What working with a small practice actually gets you

We're not the biggest name in vendor consulting — here's what that trade-off looks like in practice.

Access You talk to the person doing the work

No account manager relaying questions to someone else — the person on the call is the one writing the report.

Speed Fewer clients at a time

We keep the client list short on purpose, so a review doesn't sit in a queue for weeks.

Ownership You keep the materials

Comparison sheets and checklists are handed over as working documents, not locked in a slide deck.

Testimonials

From people we've worked with

A short list so far — here's what a few of them said afterward.

Signed off
RT-01

They read our actual vendor contracts instead of asking us to summarize them — that alone saved a week.

The comparison sheet they built is still the one we use every quarter. No new tool to learn.

Small team, but they were on every call themselves — nothing got lost in handoffs.

What exactly does Optimus Enterprises Group do?

We advise on vendor management, procurement processes and resource planning. In practice that means reviewing how you work with suppliers, drafting evaluation criteria and comparison sheets, and organizing the documents your team needs to make purchasing decisions.
